
SUPPORT FOR LEE COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
Keokuk, IA — The Keokuk Area Community Foundation has awarded a $2,500 contribution to Lee County Economic Development Group as part of planned quarterly support in 2026. The Foundation anticipates contributing $10,000 annually to support economic development efforts across Lee County.
Lee County Economic Development Group works to attract, retain, and support businesses throughout the county while advancing initiatives that strengthen the local workforce and community infrastructure. Funds from the Foundation’s support will assist LCEDG’s ongoing capital campaign, which focuses on long-term economic growth and sustainability.
“This support reflects our belief that the work being done by Lee County Economic Development benefits all who live and work in Lee County. A strong local economy affects our communities, workforce, and quality of life countywide,” said Executive Director Roger Ricketts of the Keokuk Area Community Foundation
The Keokuk Area Community Foundation anticipates continuing this annual level of support as part of its long-term investment in Lee County’s future.
